This review was just brought to my attention today, almost a year after being posted. It is unfortunate that Susan wrote so negatively and falsely about Doggie in the Window. This is Wendy Luczak, owner of Doggie in the Window (for the past 6 years) - I invite all dog owners to visit my Facebook page for Doggie in the Window, which showcases photos of the arenas where all the dogs can play from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. The page also shows how well cared for the dogs are including feedings and bathings. Also, every night a staff member visits the dogs for a "potty" break before they are safely tucked in for the night.
