We will never buy anything from Beck's again!\r \r We went to Beck's in early October and purchased a two-piece sectional and a glider to help rock our new babies. The salesman was arrogant and unprofessional but we liked the furniture and bought it anyway. The glider was temporarily out of stock and we were told it would be available at the end of October. When we called at the end of October, we were told the end of November. This continued all the way until February, with nobody from Beck's ever calling us to let us know of the delays. Finally, we went in the store to cancel the order and ask for our money back. They refused to do so because the glider was now in stock (apparently nobody ever planned on calling us to schedule a delivery). To add insult to the matter, they were running a promotion for a free ottoman with the purchase of the sectional that we had bought. But they would not honor the deal for us because we had made the purchase before the promotion began. The gli more
