Yea Petsmart the store itself has alot of products...its an animal store people!!! but banfield is a dangerous and neglegent place to get your pets cared for. Their competitive prices draw customers (esp.college students) in but their care is subpar. I had my 5 month old puppy spayed here and they botched the procedure. I brought her back in days following her surgery and they gave me NO answers, kept her all day and told me she was improving and after being released back to me she passed away. Needless to say i strong recommend finding ANY other place to go..no matter the cost.
