I have never encountered such a disorganized place. Just calling for lab results (at the predetermined time) I was put on hold for 28 minutes then someone picked up and put me back hold for another 12 and still couldn't answer really basic questions. \r

They don't want/need/desire your business. Don't even bother. If they treat you like this for a well-pet visit, it must be devastating to bring a sick pet there and be treated like a total chump.\r

Oh, and I had clumps of pet hair stuck to my shoes after visiting the office...and it was first thing in the morning. I don't think anyone could be bothered to clean the place. Very nice.
