This is not the first time that I used Roto-Rooter but every time I need them they are at my house with in one hour. On Jan 3rd, I gave them a call to come and fix the backup in my basement and they were at my house with in one hour...and that was even a Sunday! The customer service on the phone was wonderful and I couldn't have hoped for a better experince in that situation. The tech that came to my house was very informative and professional and helped us figure out a plan on what we needed to do. I would HIGHLY reccomend them for any of your plumbing needs!!
