While it is not impossible to actually receive good or satisfactory service, I have to say that you are probably one of the very few who have received such. I do not usually go on any “blogs” or customer complaint websites or even fill out surveys based on company performance, but I must tell you that I was compelled and was left no other choice but to do so. It’s funny because I still go on this site every now and then just to read the other horror stories that people post, just to see if they were worse than mines. Good for you for actually receiving the service you deserve as a consumer, but I am left to assume that you will never understand the frustration that each and everyone of the customers who have received less than satisfactory reception. I will not tell you my horrible, please take note, HORRIBLE, story. One that made me feel, as I was going through it, so frustrated to the point that I told the retailer where I purchased the TV that they can have their TV back as long as they can get it from AID themselves. I was willing to buy another TV just so I didn’t have to deal with AID and their inconsiderate employees. While I applaud you for doing, what probably is the right thing, by writing a favorable review, I ask you to also check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) as to their overall performance. Maybe, and only maybe, you’ll have some sense of what WE, most, if not all, the people on this forum have written about. It is quite different when you can totally relate to what you read as I have. Again, congratulations to you.
Pros: I don't have to deal with them anymore!!!!
Cons: Everything!!!
