I bet the good reviews on here of these people (though VERY few) are from employees of this place. I'm almost certain.\r \r \r OK. Check this out. These idiots screwed me out of an entire day of work. Allow me to explain. I have a service plan for my TV through a company that B&H outsources to. I called them and they set me up an appointment with Aid Audio and TV Svc Corp. They gave me the window from 8-5. Allow me to repeat that, from 8-5. They called me the morning of my appointed day and asked if I had called for service. First sign of the intelligence that I was dealing with. He said that he STILL couldn't give me a more specific time. He was very rude to me when I asked if he could just tell me if they would show up before noon or after noon. He couldn't give me a time. I had to take the entire day off of work because the window was so large. So I waited, and waited............. oh and I waited some more. At 5 o'clock no one had showed up. I called the next day to find out exactly what happened and the woman basically blamed me for not following up again. It is not my job to do their job. Maybe if the guy that answered the phone wasn't such a jerk, then maybe I would have been encouraged to communicate with him. I asked the woman very nicely if she could give me a more specific time for my make-up appointment, that way I wouldn't lose yet another day of work waiting for someone to not show up. That would have been the right thing to do to mend fences with me. She said no, that's not how they do it. Inefficiency. If you are looking for a competent group of people to fix your equipment, this simply is not them. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. more
