Many items were lost or stolen, others were broken, shattered, missing pieces, and seriously damaged. As a distressed customer, my pleas for help were ignored. After months of humiliation and unreturned letters and phone calls, I was forced to hire an attorney. This company should not be allowed to operate a business.
