We went for breakfast this morning. It was not busy. After 35 minutes of waiting and wondering where our food was, the server said it was coming, we asked for the manager,. He apologised and said he would look into it. About 10 minutes later it arrived. However, the pancakes were cold, the lump of butter wouldn't even melt, the bacon was practically raw. The only things hot were the grits and eggs. After that we were ignored by the server so we couldn't even ask that the pancakes be ""nuked"",. The manager had said that the meal would be ""compt"" but the ticket was for full price and arriving at the cashier, and telling him, he disappeared into the kitchen and wasn't seen again so the manager was lying too. I suppose that our business is not needed. This is not a place to go for efficient service. Stay away !! Go to Denny's.
