John was working a trade show for computers where we met him.
At his shop, he was able to provide what we were looking for quickly at a much better price than others we had asked. His work was well done and provided exactly what he said that he would do.
He was easily available by telephone and at his shop.
In general, we are quite please w/ his work.
Pros: Quick supply of ordered items, willing to do extras
Cons: Small shop somewhat out of the way
