found out about Sweet Memories from the Raleigh Wedding Show and I thought their cake was by far the best in the show. I made an appointment to meet with them and there was bad weather on my appointment day. I showed up despite the weather and they were closed that day and the next. I also left several messages but no response. I waited for a call that Monday and when I didn't get one, I called them back. When I called them it seemed they could care less that they weren't there and basically had an ""oh well"" attitude. They couldn't even reschedule me for another two weeks. That was my last straw. I was still willing to work with them based on the cake I tasted however, after I talked to them on the phone and they didn't seem to care I just got annoyed. I only want to work with vendors who will give me 100% on my special day and who actually care about having my business. So, If you want good cake with no customer service, this is the bakery for you.
