I've used Red & White repeatedly, for no other reason than their number somehow ended up in my cellphone address book. When I called from the light-rail train today to see if they could pick me up at the last stop to get me the rest of the way home -- as they've done several times before -- the male dispatcher rudely told me to call back when I was off the train, then hung up. When I tried to call back to tell him he just lost my business, no one picked up. Yellow Cab picked me up within three minutes and got me home right away.
Cons: Lousy customer service
