We recently found that our garage door would not open (after having to turn up the force on our opener to the absolute maximum). A quick call to our home insurance provider, and Twin City Garage Door sent a technician out. It took him seconds to figure out that the opener was fine, but the overhead spring was not. He had a replacement spring installed in minutes, and we were good to go. It was easy and painless, except for the $180 bill. Although I hope we do not need them again, we'll call them if we do.
