Waited in a line that was out the door for 45 minutes. Not one person asked if we would like to sit at the bar and have a drink while we waited for a table. We sat ourselves down at the bar and waited for another 15 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge us. Finally we got seated and discovered that we were seated before the folks that were waiting before us. How awkward is that? Took over an hour to get our two pizzas and one was soggy and obviously fell off the peel before it hit the oven since all of the toppings were on one side of it. The manager didn't even apologize when we refused to pay for that pizza. We needed to eat out after because half of the meal was disgusting.
This place used to be very good. I have recommended it to a number of people and am now sorry that I did. It really is too bad that I feel compelled to write this bad review. I will check back in a couple years and see if they have improved on their customer service.
