This place just oozes cool. The people, the concept, the space are all chic -- merely walking inside the place ups your own cool quotient just by association. And the beer selection is great. Try the Tripel Karmeliet -- one taste warrants a Homer Simpson-esque ""mmmmm beer."" There's a plethora of games to be played or watched, including indoor bocce ball. And while I'm normally more focused on the drink list, I couldn't help but notice the space itself. I'm hyper-observant and tactile, and this place was like a textural playground for my eyes -- stone walls, brick walls, copper counters, wood paneling, exposed pipes, cement floors, huge wood plank stairs. I'm not sure how a place with such an industrial feel also manages to be so warm and inviting, but it does. If only I knew about this place back during football season. I get the feeling it would be an excellent place to watch a game.
