I would rate a zero, but it won't let me! Sent us a large bill for a SIMPLE procedure that they had to re-do six times. Got the bill right before Xmas, have already paid off half of it as of 2/20/10 (made 3 payments already and REPEAT, have already paid half the bill), but they still sent it to collections. They do not answer the phone during business hours; they accounts payable department recording was still on as if it was closed (Tried on several occassions). Lawyer should be able to take care of the collection agency, as they will not return our call either. BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!! If they would have just answered their phone, this would have been much easier/ We wish we could get away with this nonsense on our jobs, no wonder we nede health care reform!
