We recently had a DVD player installed. We had to go back for some troubleshooting that we later found out was caused by a bad cell in our battery. Chad Neveu and his installers did everything possible to determine what our problem was. Ricky Smith even talked to me about the problem and assured me they would not give up until our problem was addressed. This is one of the most professional businesses in Lafayette, LA and we applaud and appreciate them. We definitely look forward to doing business with them again!
