I called to schedule an appointment because their online scheduling didn't seem to be working properly. The man who answered the phone was amazingly rude to me. He tried his best to assure me I was an idiot and computer illiterate and that there couldn't possibly be an error within their system. What ever happened to the customer is always right policy?? I am very computer savvy I work with computers all day and I KNOW I can book a simple appointment online. I would not pay these people one red cent or share such a miraculous moment with these jerks. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
Pros: That I didn't actually spend a penny
