I have a small 1000 sq ft house, am almost never home and rarely use the heater or cook, and yet my most recent bill was an outrageous $150! If that's not insulting enough, there is no option to pay the ridiculous bill online, and to pay by phone there's an absurd $12 service fee! I looked into my options to change to another company, but Texas Community Propane is THE ONLY OPTION in my neighborhood. How is it possible in the land of antitrust laws that I have no choice in service? The next time I buy a house, I will know to research my utility options as well.
Cons: outrageous rates/horrible customer service/complete monopoly
