I called so many times in the past notifying The Foster Premier Inc. about dangerous ice & snow accumulation around our dwelling unit. I also complained about snow removal after 8 a.m., which is the time when all our neighbors including ourselves are already gone to work. Every time I call in, I face the worst treatment from Marla and is given information in a very disrespectful manner. No request have been satisfied. I often would get the person dropping the phone call. My suggestions and complaints are never taken seriously. In return, all I get is a very sarcastic, rude and disrespectful tone. I never received notifications about the Board Meetings either. That said, I often feel powerless and being unable to improve the maintenance of the premises.
