I called with questions and to ask if a tour required an appointment. I was answered in ebonics and then hung up on. I still wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, not everyone has good phone ettiquette. I went in for a tour and waited 20 minutes for someone to show me around. They refused to show me the whole facility. They would only show me the room my son was aged for, and I could only come in to that room a certain amount....it was not nap time so there was no reason for it. When I asked to see the whole room and facility they said it was not needed since my son would be going into those parts of the daycare yet. That did not sit well with me and I kept looking elsewhere.
