Did not provide service promised. Due to a mistake on the part of Kohler, our sprinkler system was damaged, then Kohler wanted us to pay for their mistake! After negotiating a lesser price for the repair, Kohler never returned to finish the work! They left our piping exposed during freezing temperatures and we had to hire another contractor to come in and finish the job.
