I always am on the defensive when thinking about buying a car, and that sleaze-balls are out there to pull one over you. Not the case at Doug's, which I found out was a family owned and operated! They actually seem like nice and decent people! The salesmen were nice, and helpful, too. I also go and get my car serviced there and I have always had a great experience. They always take the time to explain everything to me, and I never feel taken advantage of. I don't know what they put on my car, but my Mazda 5 (awesommmme car!) comes back smelling great and is super clean.
Pros: good deals, great service
Cons: sometimes a little wait but they got coffee n t.v.
