I have been working with Jaime for a few months now, and I have looked forward to every single session. I cannot motivate myself when it comes to exercise, but she is so encouraging, explains so well, and makes the movements so interesting that the hour just flies by. She is really knowledgeable and keeps your mind and body engaged.
If you're thinking of pilates, or want to strengthen your body in a way other than running on a boring treadmill, you should go see Jaime. The studio is very clean and inviting, the equipment well maintained, but Jaime herself is the best attraction. She's WONDERFUL and I can promise you that you won't be disappointed.
