I'm new to Denver and, obviously, to this practice as well as to Medicare. The first time I went there, Medicare had made a mistake on my account and denied the payment. The person who called me (Mary?) was very nice about it and told me how to handle it to get the problem straightened out. (It worked and they did get paid.) I had been concerned that, since it was their first experience with me, they might give me somewhat of a hard time. Not at all -- very supportive. Pros: good people Cons: don't know yet more
