After taking my 330I to the dealer a few times I quickly realized that if I were to continue that I would be purchasing my car twice. I scoured through a bunch of business cards I have and remembered EIS which I first used six years ago to purchase parts for my VW Passat. Spoke with Kellie and told her what I needed based on what I was told by the dealer, took my car and I got an honest assessment. Everything for customer service to mechanical service performed by the staff of EIS is subpar to none. Without reservation, I highly recommend EIS and totally and completely trust them with all my car needs.
