In 20/20 hindsight I should not have let them service my car. Preston was unbelievably rude to us and acted very aloof although he didn't seem to know how to explain what service would best suite our needs. When I didn't respond with an answer that he expected, his condescending manner further aggrevated what was supposed to be a quick and painless errand. I do have to note he wished us a good day when we left.
