The technician was very polite and professional. He was determined to help us find the source of our problem . Unfortunately, we're dealing with a ""mysterious"" sewage gas odor in our home, so we were not able to completely fix the problem, but we definitely were able to eliminate some things and get closer to hopefully solving this unwelcome ""mystery""! I would definitely call Roto Rooter for future plumbing needs, and will certainly ask for Bob to come back and help us as we narrow in on this case.
