I could not believe the help I received today from Rob at On The Spot. While I was at work I had someone scratch a car I had borrowed from someone. I wanted to get it fixed immediately before I returned it to them. I contacted On The Spot hoping they would be able to repaint the bumper by tomorrow. Rob explained to me that could not be done in these temperatures, but he spent 25 minutes on the phone with me explaining who I should call, how much I should look to pay, and what to specifically ask for. All the time knowing that I would not be using their service. I have never been so pleased with a company I did not even use. I will be calling them again when my car is out of the shop for a detail. To me great customer service goes a long way, and On The Spot has earned a customer for life. Thanks again
