I was there to ask a question and one of the ladies working there said if I had an appointment. I said "NO" all I want is to ask a question, and she looked at me and said, "I hope it's a short one"! First of all, you do not say that to the customers no matter what. She was rude and ask me to tell her what I wanted in front of other people that were sitting there! She did not even ask me if I wanted my taxes done there! After that, NO WAY! I was thinking about it, but I will take my business elsewhere!
