I have not visited Quiltique, but I've bought from them online. I purchased a pattern, but I later found out that it wasn't in stock. I received both an email and phone message letting me know the next day. There was some confusion about re-ordering it at the price I originally paid, but the owner resolved it right away. I received the pattern, and I am very pleased. I definitely recommend Quiltique.
