I had my birthday party here last night. In order to reserve space downstairs I needed to give my credit card number to Diane (the extremely RUDE manager), which I did a month ago. When I got to the bar the bouncer wouldn't allow me to go downstairs because they claimed that my credit card was declined. After embarrassing me in front of my friends at the door, I showed her that she had written the number down wrong! Why they didn't call me before about this concern is beyond me. I also had 2 friends waiting upstairs and they rudely asked them to leave b/c my party was at capacity (which was not the case). I called Diane the day after my party, hoping to at least get an apology, but instead she basically told me she could care less. Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere better!
