I had recently been in a car accident where my car was deemed a total loss. I went in to look at cars on a Tuesday night closer to close. We ended up looking through the database on-line since Wisconsin weather sucks. We found 3 SUV's that I went back to test drive the next day.
We were able to take an extended test drive with the car we were interested in since I wasn't able to buy a car until Friday of that week. When we came back on Friday, we decided to not purchase the car we test drove and Neal was SO helpful in finding a car that would work for our budget. I think we ended up test driving almost 10 cars in all and Neal was so patient with us. I think if I were in his position, I would have said "Pick one already!!!!" But not him. He was honest with us and helped us get the price that we could afford. I purchased a 2009 Nissan Versa HB.
Onto the financing...we had a great experience. I don't recall who we worked with, but she was very thorough in her explanations. The only think I would watch out for is the pricing of their gap insurance. I found it priced at Enterprise Credit Union at $275. This dealership wanted me to pay $695. They ended up charging us $295. Overall, we had a great experience and I will be highly recommending Neal to anyone that needs a car.
Pros: Friendly, helpful, great prices
