We moved a few times in the last four years and we had to get a new pediatric dentist for our kids since we moved to twin cities this year. Dr. Fong looks very nice and experienced from the website and that is the reason we chose her. The office staff and hygenists are friendly. But I dont like this doctor we saw. After only seeing her twice, we have to run away from her. It is a nightmare! \r
Dr. Fong seemed so busy and impatient and she basically didnt TALK to us (customers). No explaination about the conditions, treatments, procedures and after-operation care. She was kinda of annoyed (she is busy and therefore not patient?) because my son couldn't follow her direction, asking a crying 3-yr old boy to breathe with nose (the clinic has a clown nose hooked with 4 heavy silicone tubings, not a mask, to deliver the laughing gas. very uncomfortable for a 3-yr old boy. he had to breathe with mouth, which causes the gas ineffective).
