First and foremost, Americana Termite Company policy is to ALWAYS make sure that the infestation that the homeowner is experiencing is a termite problem. In this specific case, when the homeowner has specimens in hand, we request they mail them to the company for identification. If warranted, a trip is assigned and further treatment is performed at no additional cost. That seems to be the case here and to date no additional TERMITE PROBLEMS have surfaced.
