Duane has held my policies in good standing for over 6 years now. His staff and his dedication to doing what's right has kept me with Farmers. Saving money means losing the friendship with Duane my family has had since my Father-in-Law began his coverage over 20 years ago! I don't care if, "i could save 15% on car insurance by switching...", I am VERY happy with how Duane and his staff takes care to ensure I have the right coverage for what I do in life!
