I bought a sectional from Hollywood, built by Porter, was nice at first, but then shortly after purchase the one end of the sofa started to brack down and sinck in so I talked to Hollywood and they sent someone out to fix it, Then it once again started the same thing so they came and got the bad end of the sectional took it in to fix , gave it back and it is doing the samething again so I called again , I was told I couldnt return it I could sell it and then they could give me a new sofa at a great price ! Wow so you sell me a bad couch and then wont me to sell it and come back to buy an other ?? I can be patiant, and understanding but that just takes the cake. So I am stuck with this bad couch and very unhappy and cant belive the builder of the sectional couldnt even fix it so I will not be making any recomendaions of this company untill fully saticfiyed but they havent called me back even though they were going to come look at it again for the fourth time , they sent the guy to look
