Roads are in awful repair. Water goes out a lot. High lot rent that goes up every year. Lots of hidden extra fees (extra car, pets in house even if they are small pets, washing machine, etc). The park usually looks clean and neat (except for litter on the side of the roads), but looking back on it I should have bought a small piece of land. I could have had it paid off by now and would pay less in taxes than I do in lot rent per year.
