Customer Service needs improvement. I made reservations there for my bridal shower three months in advance. When we got there they said they had no record of our reservation. When asked for the manager and he came and told us the same thing. We gave him the name of the person who handled our reservation. The manager told us that she wasnt there so there was no way to verify that we had a reservation. My Maid of honor went back to the hotel to get the email that sent to her in proof of our reservation. While she was gone the manager called me a liar to my face saying that the lady who made our reservation would never have "made a group reservation for such a small party".. When my maid of honor arrived with the proof that we had a reservation the manager did not apologize only walked away saying that he would "get us a table together". 45 minutes later we are seating in a area that is waaay too small for our party. we were elbow to elbow and some of my friends had to sit at a seperate
