Jersey Mike's is a return to the olden days of superior Subs - they have mastered the art of making sandwiches. From the freshly cut meat (and the fluffing of the thin slices), to the shredded lettuce, to the extraordinarily fresh bread, and herds and the many special touches, Jersey Mike's in hands down the best deli in all of O.C. Plus, they do offer a ""frequent buyer"" card, which I have taken advantage of! Lastly, if you arrive a see a long line, don't be put off - the lines move rapidly, giving you ample time on even a short lunch hour.
