Tracy Ngo herself provided excellent care. The billing staff are very unprofessional. Did not clearly go over the bill after procedures. I was required to go two separate visits and the bill changed the 2nd visit from what was explained in the first visit. Also, a month later they stated that they made a mistake and billed me for another item which they did not explain. WHERE ARE ALL THESE CHARGES COMING FROM?!
