I went in to pick up ashes from my 18 month old grandson. I could have walked into an auto parts store and had more compassion from the 2 men there. I am devasted by the loss of my beautiful grandchild and they showed no sympathy, empathy, compassion at all. They bring out this little box 5"" x 1 1/2"" and say ""there you go"". Put put the box in a bag and that was it. They proceed to make small talk. They were all business. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone.
