My boyfriend and I were trying to find a reputable jeweler to revamp a family heirloom so that it could be my engagement ring. I can't begin to express how happy I am with Elizabeth and Rick. With the two of us not having a big budget or knowledge of jewelry in general, we were walked through the process and shown every option we would have for my ring and it turned out amazing.
