I am a tenant in a winter rental through Siebert Realty in Sandbridge. Siebert Realty winter rentals management was unresponsive to a request, sent twice via email, to a bonafide, company email address. They completely IGNORED both my initial request, and a follow-up email that VERY POLITELY re-stated my request. This email address had been used successfully, previously, during the initial rental arrangement on more than one occasion. I know it is a working email address associated with the Winter Rental Manager for this company. I find this very unprofessional behavior on the part of management, and extremely rude. My request had to do with an advertised amenity; offered and advertised as included in the monthly winter rental. I am extremely unhappy with this dismissive treatment. I am a working professional and a veteran. I would never contemplate treating ANY ONE of my customers in such a manner.
