I have had it with this branch (3601 Sandy Plains Rd). We took a check from State Farm over to deposit. It was made out to me, my husband and Wells Fargo. I had asked a teller ahead of time what would be required to deposit it--he said bring my husband and we would endorse the check with a bank officer. They kept us waiting 15 minutes then the woman came out and told us they would not DEPOSIT the check unless we brought in the paperwork from our insurance claim I called State Farm and they couldn't believe it; they had never heard of such a thing. The woman treated us like criminals for wanting to DEPOSIT a check made out to us AND TO Wells Fargo! She did not apologize and walked away from my husband when he complained. I didn't get her name but she had straight dark hair, shoulderlength, early 50s. Wells Fargo has a banner behind the tellers that emphasizes the importance of customer service. This bank does not provide customer service. They practice customer harassment. As
