We boarded our 6 month old Golden Retriever with the Hwy 41 and Mars Hill location while we were out of town for Thanksgiving and it was a nightmare from the beginning. When my wife dropped off our dog, they did not give her any paperwork or information, which should have been the first warning sign. My wife made it clear that we intended to pick our dog up on Saturday afternoon, which apparently is a time they are not open, but the office staffperson didn't think it was worth mentioning that. We rushed to return to town from visiting family on Saturday to find they were closed and no staff members present. Upon calling their phone number, we were connected to an answering service that could basically just connect us to the Vet-on-call. Wanting to get our dogs back, I asked to be connected to the Vet, Carl White, who works at their Bartow location.
