After making an appt. one month in advance for an 8 a.m. oil change, I was rudely greeted by Jeff Byers who informed me it would be a few hours. When I asked why, he treated me as if I was stupid. This went on for six hours until I demanded my car back. Jeff again had trouble getting to me in a timely fashion and seemed to enjoy the fact that he had my keys. Oh, BTW, he sent me out to my car telling me the keys were inside and then when I walked back inside, there he stood chatting with two guys swinging my keys in his hand. All four people I dealt with that day were extremely obnoxious. This must be one great place to work if people are that rude and obnoxious!
