Mini Storage in Troy/B'ham is great. The facility is brand new very easy to get around and the people that work there are always friendly. Bathrooms are clean too. Plus there is free ice cream and water. You also get a free truck rental when you move in. I had a storage unit there for a year and I did not have any complaints. As a side note they seem to always being involved in the community, when I was there they were taking bike donations for less privileged families.
