I bought a used car from Highland Park Automotive several years ago. It needed a little work done before the purchase. It took a little time to do it, but they were good at getting in touch with me. I had needed the car right away, so they threw in some additional services because they knew it was taking more time. I was impressed with their customer service.
There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed after I took possession of the vehicle, and they were willing to do that without any questions asked. I think that in terms of buying a used car it can be tough to know if people are talking honestly or not. I get the impression that Highland Park Automotive is honest and straightforward. Even though they are small it makes for an easy experience buying a car. They value their customers, and it shows in their actions.
