Please allow me to bring you up to speed. There is a new managing dentist, Dr Naguib. Wait times have been reduced, a hygienist has been added, and the staff is much more pleasant. Keep in mind this is a corporate branch, and the pressure from above is tremendous to increase production. Dr Naguib will do good work. He recommends the treatment of best quality. If you want less, ask for options A, B, C. He's very likable and works quickly.
Ask specifically for the hygienist to do your ""deep cleaning"" if you need one. Her records are more complete for comparison in subsequent visits and patient education is more extensive. The new manager is doing a good job, too.
They're not perfect, but they've come a long way.
